Over the past three decades since 1978, E. M.  Electro-Mechanicals Private Limited has established itself as a leading manufacturer of heavy fabrication and Machine components.  In response to specific requirements the capability has been extended to provide customized engineering and manufacturing services. A number of projects have already been implemented successfully. The two factories are established in an area of 15,400 sq meters of land. The total covered area of over 7,000 sq meters under cranes. With the 60 MT of crane and an height of 17 meters under the hook, the company is equipped to manufacture transformer tanks of 1200 kV class. These tanks can be erected in shop with bushings in place and all electrical clearances can be measured at fabrication stage.  The company has surpassed levels of 5000 MT per annum of fabricated goods. The organization enjoys full accreditation of ISO 9001 – 2000 for all is products.

 

E. M.  Electro-Mechanicals Private Limited has designed, manufactured and supplied Heavy Fabricated assemblies to engineering companies like M/s Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd. Bhopal & Jhansi, M/s Crompton Greaves Ltd. Mumbai, Malanpur, Mandideep, M/s ABB Limited, Baroda, Machined Rollers, frames and chassis to M/s L & T Case Equipment Ltd., Pithampur & JCB Pune.
